My love of property investment commenced at an early age.

After leaving Italy with my family, a suitcase and a small amount of money to start a new life in the “land of opportunity”. My parents strived through challenges and worked hard to buy their first property as shelter was the vital security they yearned for. Later, they purchased their first investment and they often spoke of why bricks and mortar would lead to a healthy retirement and a secure future.

I followed in their foot steps purchasing my first investment at 21 and built my career 28 years ago working for an agency in Sydney, then Wallsend which later developed to owning my own successful agency for 15 years. My 4 year break from my own company allowed me to consult putting in systems and procedures to improve the level of property management service in other offices and to focus on my beautiful young family, who are now well adjusted small adults who are also saving for their own bricks and mortar. I am so proud to be opening Urban Property Hub today in this beautiful country so I can support others through what I feel is the best way to invest money!

    After owning and operating a successful real estate office in Newcastle for 15 years, I made the decision to increase the level of service in the industry one office at a time servicing multiple agencies through coaching and mentoring.

  • Playing Cupid between properties and their ideal residents is our specialty! From compatibility checks to perfect matches, we ensure love at first sight for your rental journey and adhere closely to NSW tenancy laws along the way.

    We check the financial pulse of your potential residents, requesting proof of income, such as payslips, tax returns, or a letter from their employers to verify the resident’s current job, salary, and duration of employment. From there we consider the applicants monthly income after rent to see if it's feasible and if allows for saving in case any unexpected circumstances arise throughout the tenancy period.  In  addition we perform credit checks, providing us insight into payment habits and debts matter.

    But it’s not all about the dollar bills, we also focus on character and behaviour checks. thoroughly, looking into each applicant's previous leasing profile.

    When it comes to inspections , our viewings are more like a walk & talk and we’re all ears. For starters it’s a 1:1 so I can personally get a good feel for their energy. In this time I empower prospective residents to voice their questions, needs, and even those niggling doubts about the property. It’s all about open dialogue to gauge they’re fit with the space.
